De-stress, log off, and take time for yourself at my art studio, near Hove seafront. Using simple prompts, we’ll focus on the process and benefits of collaging — rather than being “good” at art.
Our session will begin and end with a short guided mindfulness meditation - you’re welcome to join in, or feel free to use this time to browse our selection of wellbeing books.
Herbal tea and refreshments provided.
Important venue information: my studio is located on the third floor, sorry there is no lift.
Venue Address:
Kingsway House, 134-140 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2DL.
